Garlic Yogurt Sauce

1 c Greek Yogurt

1 T evo

1 T lemon juice

1 garlic clove, grated

1/2 t sea salt

1 T water, more if needed to thin

Directions

  1. stir together in medium bowl (not water)
  2. stir in 1 T water, if too thick, stir in more water 1 T at a time
  3. store in air-tight container in refrigerator up to five days
