Hummus - Chickpea & Peanut Butter
2 c canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1/3 c natural creamy peanut butter
1/4 c lemon juice
1 t kosher salt
2 cloves garlic, halved
1 T evo
1 pinch paprika
1 t parsley (fresh minced or dried)
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
Can store in refrigerator in air-tight container
