Strawberry Lemonade
1 c Stevia
2 c water
4 pints of fresh strawberries
2 c of ice cubes
6 med lemons or 1 c fresh juice
2 c cold water
Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)
Directions
- combine Stevia and water in medium saucepan and bring to a full boil over high heat, stir until Stevia is completely dissolved
- boil for three minutes and remove from heat and allow sugar syrup to cool completely
- pour into large pitcher or beverage container
- puree strawberries in food processor or blender on high speed
- add ice to blender and puree until smooth
- pour berry mixture into sugar syrup
- add lemon and water and stir until completely dissolved
Serve in chilled glasses decorated with mint sprig (if desired)
