Strawberry Lemonade

1 c Stevia

2 c water

4 pints of fresh strawberries

2 c of ice cubes

6 med lemons or 1 c fresh juice

2 c cold water

Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)

Directions

  1. combine Stevia and water in medium saucepan and bring to a full boil over high heat, stir until Stevia is completely dissolved
  2. boil for three minutes and remove from heat and allow sugar syrup to cool completely
  3. pour into large pitcher or beverage container
  4. puree strawberries in food processor or blender on high speed
  5. add ice to blender and puree until smooth
  6. pour berry mixture into sugar syrup
  7. add lemon and water and stir until completely dissolved


Serve in chilled glasses decorated with mint sprig (if desired)
