Protein Pancakes


  • 1 egg
  • 1 T water (you may need a splash more)
  • 1 pack vanilla shake/pudding mix


Directions


  1. beat egg and water
  2. add shake/pudding mix until it resembles cake batter (you may need another splash of water
  3. preheat non-stick griddle and ready to cook
  4. pour batter on griddle and cook (they will not bubble like regular pancakes, so use your spatula to check them)
