Protein Pancakes
- 1 egg
- 1 T water (you may need a splash more)
- 1 pack vanilla shake/pudding mix
Directions
- beat egg and water
- add shake/pudding mix until it resembles cake batter (you may need another splash of water
- preheat non-stick griddle and ready to cook
- pour batter on griddle and cook (they will not bubble like regular pancakes, so use your spatula to check them)
