Chicken Salad
4 oz diced, pulled, or shredded chicken
1 apple, sliced
1 celery stalk, diced
1/4 c water
2 T lemon juice
1 T onion (white or red), finely minced
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1/4 t curry powder
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of onion powder
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of turmeric
Stevia to taste
