Cranberry Orange Relish

1 bag organic cranberries

1 t orange zest

3/4 c Stevia

1/2 t vanilla

Directions

1. put all ingredients except vanilla in a pot and simmer over medium heat, stirring often until all cranberries pop
2. once all the cranberries have popped stir in the vanilla then remove from heat

Great on sweet potatoes as well as a compliment to your turkey
