Berbere Spice Blend

1/2 c dried New Mexico chiles

1/4 c paprika

1 T cayenne pepper

1 t onion powder

1 t ground ginger

1 t cumin

1 t coriander

1 t cardamon

1 t fenugreek

1/2 t garlic powder

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 t allspice

1/2 t cloves

1/4 t nutmeg

Mix well in a spice jar
