Tandoori Marsala Spice Mix

2 T coriander

1 1/2 T cumin

1 t garlic powder

1 t ginger

1 t cloves

1 t mace

1 t fenugreek

1 t cinnamon

1 t black pepper

1 t cardamom

1/2 t nutmeg

Mix well and store in a spice jar
