Caribbean Blend Seasoning

2 T brown sugar *

3 T paprika

1 T cinnamon

2 t ground ginger

1 t allspice

1 t cayenne pepper

1/2 t nutmeg

1/2 t black pepper

* Each T of sugar can be replaced by 1 to 1 1/2 packets of Stevia

Mix well in a spice jar
