Smoked Chicken Rub (Sweet)

3 T sage

1 T thyme

1 T marjoram

1 T fresh ground black pepper

1 t celery seed

1/4 t ground clove

1/4 t nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly until well combined and homogeneous.

Store in a spice jar
