Merigue Kisses


  • 4 egg whites
  • optional: lemon and/or vanilla
  • cinnamon if desired


Directions


  1. preheat oven to 130 degrees
  2. beat eggs until stiff
  3. dallop or use a pastry bag to create forms on a baking sheet
  4. bake for 30-40 minutes
  5. add lemon and vanilla, and dust with cinnamon if desired


Can be stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator
