Pumpkin Creamy

• 1 c skim milk
• 1 c pumpkin
• 1 banana
• 2 T vanilla shake/pudding mix
• 1 egg
• 2-3 maple stevia drops
• 1/4 t cinnamon
• 1/4 t pumpkin pie spice

Directions

1. stir egg in a microwave safe bowl and microwave
2. blend all ingredients until smooth
3. pour into creamy container and freeze
4. process in Ninja Creamy
