Chicken Eggrolls (Be Well)

12 oz cooked chicken or shrimp, chopped

2-3 lg cabbage leaves

1 c shredded cabbage

1/8 t onion salt

1/8 t garlic powder

1/8 t Asian Blend Spice

4 drops or 1 pack of Stevia

Directions

  1. steam cabbage leaves for five minutes
  2. move leaves over to side of steamer to make room for shredded cabbage
  3. steam both for an additional five minutes
  4. remove shredded cabbage to a mixing bowl
  5. add chopped chicken (or shrimp) and spices, mix well
  6. separate the mixture evenly onto the cabbage leaves and wrap the leaves (tuck the ends)
