Cucumber - Smoked Salmon

6 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature,

1/4 c Greek yogurt

1/4 t garlic powder

3 T fresh dill, chopped

1 lg English cucumber (sliced slightly diagonally, 1/4" thick)

4 oz smoked salmon (thinly sliced)


Directions

  1. in a small bowl, mash together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and garlic powder, stir in the fresh dill.
  2. transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag (or make your own by snipping off the corner of a zip-lock bag)
  3. arrange the cucumber in a single layer on a platter, pipe about 1/2 T of cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice, top with a folded-over slice of smoked salmon, garnish with a little more dill if desired
