Crab Cakes

8 oz crab meat

2 bags of protein pretzels, crushed

1 t fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 t fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 t tarragon

1/2 t paprika

1/2 t dill

2 t Dijon mustard (with no starches, check the label)


Directions

  1. in a bowl, combine all of the ingredients
  2. mix well and form into patties
  3. brown in non-stick skillet over medium heat for three minutes on each side
