Veracruz Style Fish

1 T red pepper flakes

10 cherry tomatoes, halved

2 green onions, chopped

Sea salt and black pepper

4 oz fillet of halibut, flounder, or sole

3 T freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1 t paprika

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. mix lemon juice, garlic, and paprika in small bowl
  3. place fish fillets in a shallow baking dish and coat with lemon mixture
  4. sprinkle the pepper flakes, tomatoes, and onions over the top of the fish
  5. season with salt and pepper and cover with foil
  6. bake approximately fifteen minutes, until the fish is white and flaky
