Chicken - Vegetable Soup

2 8 oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks

1 1/2 c cabbage, chopped

1 lg onion, chopped

2 lg celery, chopped

15 oz can crushed tomatoes

14 oz can fat-free chicken broth

1 1/2 t sea salt

1/4 t black pepper

1/2 t dried basil

Directions

  1. place all ingredients in a large pan and simmer for one hour or until vegetables are soft
