Grilled Chicken Vegetable Soup

4 4-6 oz chicken breasts or tenders grilled

2 c cabbage, chopped

1 lg red onion

2 lg celery stick, chopped

1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 14 oz can of chicken broth

1 1/2 t sea salt

1/4 t black pepper

1/2 t basil

10 leaves of cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. cook chicken on the grill and chop into small chunks
  2. place the chicken and all ingredients in pot and simmer for 20 minutes


Ladle the soup into bowls, top with fresh cilantro and enjoy
