Creamy Avocado

1 avocado - peeled and pitted

1/2 c water

1/2 c cilantro, chopped

1/4 c evo

1/4 c lime juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 t sea salt or kosher salt

1/4 t black pepper

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth

Store in refrigerator for 3-4 days

Shake well before use
