Sunshine Salad Dressing

1/2 c plain Greek yogurt

1/4 c evo

1/4 c Dijon mustard

3-4 T honey, to taste

2 T lemon juice

2 T apple cider vinegar or more lemon juice

1 clove garlic, pressed or minced

1/2 t sea salt

10 twists of freshly ground black pepper


Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth

Store in refrigerator up to two weeks, shake well before using
