Greek Dressing / Marinade

2/3 c apple cider vinegar

1/3 c water (more or less)

1 1/2 t garlic powder

1 1/2 t sea salt

1 t ground black pepper

1 t onion powder

1 t Dijon mustard

1 1/2 t dried oregano

1 1/2 t dried basil


Directions

  1. mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. place the lid on the jar and give it a good shake


Store in refrigerator up to two weeks, shake well before using


The dressing may be used right away, but flavors will improve more while the dressing sits for several hours or overnight.
