Sweet Basil

3/4 c evo

2 T Dijon mustard

1/2 t rice vinegar

2 T honey

2 c fresh basil, chopped

1 garlic clove, crushed

Directions

Blend all ingredients well

Store in refrigerator up to two weeks, shake well before using
