Creamy Greek Salad Dressing

1/2 c evo

2 T red wine vinegar

1 t sugar (replace with Stevia)

1-2 garlic cloves (minced fine)

1 t oregano

1 T fresh dill (chopped)

Sea salt or kosher salt

Ground black pepper

3/4 c feta cheese, crumbled

3/4 c buttermilk (or milk, buttermilk is better) Use 1/2 cup if you are making this as a dip


Directions

  1. blend all ingredients except salt and pepper
  2. add salt and pepper to taste


Store in refrigerator up to two weeks
