Spicy Cucumber Dressing

2 1/2 oz cucumber (peeled and deseeded)

1 oz onion

1/2 large garlic clove (minced)

2 T spicy brown mustard

1/2 T apple cider vinegar

1/8 t dill

Dash of sea salt

Dash of black pepper

Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

Blend ingredients well

Store in refrigerator up to two weeks, shake well before using
