Raspberry Vinaigrette
1 c raspberries
1/4 c evo
1/4 c lemon juice
3 T apple cider vinegar
1 T honey, or pure maple syrup
1/4 t sea salt or kosher salt
Directions
Blend all ingredients well until it is smooth
Store in refrigerator up to two weeks, shake well before using
This dressing is best served fresh
