Cauliflower Nachos

1 head cauliflower

Vinegar

Kosher salt

Nacho ingredients

  • ground beef
  • onions
  • homemade salsa

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. separate cauliflower into florets, taking care not to break them apart too much
  3. cut each floret into 1/8" slices
  4. lay the slices out on the baking sheet, drizzle with vinegar and season with salt
  5. roast for 20-30 minutes, until browned and crispy
  6. arrange the cauliflower chips on a platter, top with nacho ingredients


If you want very crispy chips, roast for an extra 10-20 minutes, just keep an eye on them so they don't burn
