Cauliflower Nachos
1 head cauliflower
Vinegar
Kosher salt
Nacho ingredients
- ground beef
- onions
- homemade salsa
Directions
- preheat oven to 450 degrees
- separate cauliflower into florets, taking care not to break them apart too much
- cut each floret into 1/8" slices
- lay the slices out on the baking sheet, drizzle with vinegar and season with salt
- roast for 20-30 minutes, until browned and crispy
- arrange the cauliflower chips on a platter, top with nacho ingredients
If you want very crispy chips, roast for an extra 10-20 minutes, just keep an eye on them so they don't burn
