Roasted Asparagus

1bunch asparagus

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 t Italian Seasoning Blend

Fresh basil, shredded

Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. cut off woody ends of asparagus and place on a non-stick baking sheet
  3. sprinkle the garlic and Italian Seasoning evenly over the asparagus
  4. season with salt and pepper
  5. bake for 12 minutes (until crisp and tender)
  6. remove and toss with shredded basil
