Roasted Asparagus
1bunch asparagus
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t Italian Seasoning Blend
Fresh basil, shredded
Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- preheat oven to 375 degrees
- cut off woody ends of asparagus and place on a non-stick baking sheet
- sprinkle the garlic and Italian Seasoning evenly over the asparagus
- season with salt and pepper
- bake for 12 minutes (until crisp and tender)
- remove and toss with shredded basil
