Broccomole
3 c chopped broccoli
1 jalapeno, chopped with seeds removed
2 T green onions
1 t evo
2 oz fat free cream (G. O.)
1/4 t chili powder
1 T cilantro
1/4 t sea salt
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
Directions
- cook the broccoli in lightly salted water until very soft
- overcook the broccoli in comparison to the al dente cooking that most recipes recommend
- drain broccoli well
- transfer to a food processor
- add remaining ingredients and process until smooth
- add additional olive oil for a smoother texture
- serve warm
