Broccomole

3 c chopped broccoli

1 jalapeno, chopped with seeds removed

2 T green onions

1 t evo

2 oz fat free cream (G. O.)

1/4 t chili powder

1 T cilantro

1/4 t sea salt

1/4 t black pepper

1/4 t garlic powder

Directions

  1. cook the broccoli in lightly salted water until very soft
  2. overcook the broccoli in comparison to the al dente cooking that most recipes recommend
  3. drain broccoli well
  4. transfer to a food processor
  5. add remaining ingredients and process until smooth
  6. add additional olive oil for a smoother texture
  7. serve warm
