Chicken or Turkey Egg Cups


12 thinly sliced chicken or turkey (deli is best)

Green onion or spinach finely chopped

12 eggs

Black pepper

Favorite seasonings


Directions


  1. place the slices of meat in each well of a 12-cup muffin tin creating a cup
  2. put a small amount of onion or spinach in the bottom
  3. crack an egg into each meat cup
  4. season with pepper and seasonings as desired
  5. bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until the eggs are done to your liking
