Chicken or Turkey Egg Cups
12 thinly sliced chicken or turkey (deli is best)
Green onion or spinach finely chopped
12 eggs
Black pepper
Favorite seasonings
Directions
- place the slices of meat in each well of a 12-cup muffin tin creating a cup
- put a small amount of onion or spinach in the bottom
- crack an egg into each meat cup
- season with pepper and seasonings as desired
- bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until the eggs are done to your liking
