Thai Chicken


3.5 oz chicken breast

1 T Worcestershire sauce

1/2 T fat free plain Greek yogurt

1 T fresh lemon juice

1/2 clove garlic, minced

1/4 t dried basil

1/4 t ground ginger

1/8 t curry powder


Directions


  1. in a bowl, mix together all ingredients except the chicken
  2. pour sauce mixture into a Ziplock bag, add chicken and seal
  3. shake the chicken for a minute or so to coat in the sauce
  4. let the bag sit for at least 30 minutes
  5. you can either grill until cooked through or bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes, or until chicken is done
