Thai Chicken
3.5 oz chicken breast
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 T fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 t dried basil
1/4 t ground ginger
1/8 t curry powder
Directions
- in a bowl, mix together all ingredients except the chicken
- pour sauce mixture into a Ziplock bag, add chicken and seal
- shake the chicken for a minute or so to coat in the sauce
- let the bag sit for at least 30 minutes
- you can either grill until cooked through or bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes, or until chicken is done
