Beef & Onion Stir Fry


1/2 c green onions, chopped

8 oz lean steak

1 t powdered ginger

1 lg radish, thinly sliced and halved

1/4 c all natural, low sodium beef broth

2 T apple cider vinegar

1/4 t crushed red pepper

Sea salt and black pepper


Directions


  1. cut steak across the grain into thin slices
  2. mix the green onions with the steak slices in a medium bowl
  3. sprinkle with the ginger and mix
  4. divide steak and onion mixture in half
  5. then in a large saute pan, saute half the beef mixture and radishes over high heat until beef reaches desired doneness and radishes are still crisp but tender
  6. then cook the second half of the steak and onion mixture
  7. whisk together beef broth, vinegar, and red pepper flakes
  8. add to beef mixture in a skillet and bring to a boil
  9. cook for two minutes then serve


Add salt and pepper to taste
