Beef & Onion Stir Fry
1/2 c green onions, chopped
8 oz lean steak
1 t powdered ginger
1 lg radish, thinly sliced and halved
1/4 c all natural, low sodium beef broth
2 T apple cider vinegar
1/4 t crushed red pepper
Sea salt and black pepper
Directions
- cut steak across the grain into thin slices
- mix the green onions with the steak slices in a medium bowl
- sprinkle with the ginger and mix
- divide steak and onion mixture in half
- then in a large saute pan, saute half the beef mixture and radishes over high heat until beef reaches desired doneness and radishes are still crisp but tender
- then cook the second half of the steak and onion mixture
- whisk together beef broth, vinegar, and red pepper flakes
- add to beef mixture in a skillet and bring to a boil
- cook for two minutes then serve
Add salt and pepper to taste
