Lean & Spicy Taco Meat


8 oz lean ground beef

8 oz lean ground turkey

1/2 c chopped onion

1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles

1/2 t cumin

1 t chili powder

1/2 t dried oregano


Directions


  1. cook meat and onion in a large skillet over medium heat and drain when cooked through
  2. add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until remaining liquid is evaporated (approximately 3-6 minutes)


Makes four servings, approximately 150 calories per serving.

Good over salad to make a taco salad.
